Come and spend the day with Myriam, the wife of a wine-grower - a whole day in the vineyard with a private guide to get a comprehensive view of the Loire! A unique and tailor-made experience at the heart of the Loire Valley vineyard!

Wine day tours in the east of Tours - 149€/person
The closest vineyard to Tours is that of Vouvray, located on the northern bank of the Loire, hardly 10 minutes away from the city center.
The Vouvray winegrowers only produce white wine, but the extraodinary grape variety grown in this area allows them to make all types of white wines.
Travelling further east, towards Amboise and Chenonceaux, the range of wines produced is more diverse, with all colors and all styles.
Programme: morning in AOC Vouvray, at Myriam's husband's winery: guided walk in the vines to learn about the history of the vineyard, the winegrower's work throughout the year..., tour of the winery and cellar in the rock to discover the traditional method, tutored tasting of 6 Loire wines with local food.
Picnic lunch made with regional food products and served in the vineyard (or at the cellar, depending on the weather) with 3 wines.
Possibility to have lunch at the restaurant. In that case the price per person is reduced to 130€, lunch and wines at your charge.
Afternoon spent visiting a winery in a different AOC (Touraine, Montlouis-sur-Loire...), tasting of the estate wines (possibility to buy wine at cellar-door prices).
From April 1st to October 30th.
No Loire Wine Day Tour on Sundays, as most wineries are closed.
