Galette des rois is a traditional pastry that the French eat in January. It is normally consumed on Epiphany Day, which takes place on January 6th and corresponds to the day when Jesus was presented to the Magi. During lockdown, a lot of people keep themselves busy in the kitchen. Me first! It is such a pleasure to have the time to cook, to leaf through cookbooks and to list the ingredients I need, but also to compose with the food I have in my fridge and cupboards!
